Draft — pending review and approval

These website terms are a professional draft for DelightTech Pro to review before publication. They are not an approved client-services agreement. Effective date: [Approval Date]. Contracting entity and address: [Legal Entity Name and Address]. Governing law and venue: [Jurisdiction to Be Confirmed].

1. Scope of these terms

Once approved and made effective, these terms govern use of the DelightTech Pro website. The website describes Shopify development, conversion optimization, marketing and eCommerce growth services. Browsing the site or sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement, reserve project capacity or establish a services contract.

2. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or infringe another party’s rights. You must have authority to share any project information you provide. Do not send sensitive credentials or private customer information through an initial inquiry.

3. Inquiries and proposals

Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding quotation. Availability, scope, pricing, deliverables and timelines must be confirmed in writing. The current website form is not connected to message delivery; contact us by email or WhatsApp to send an inquiry. A displayed form confirmation is not an acceptance of work or confirmation of receipt.

4. Service engagements

Paid work requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal defining scope, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities, approvals, revisions, timelines, ownership, confidentiality and termination. That agreement controls the engagement where it differs from these website terms. Changes to scope, cancellation rules, refunds and ongoing support must be agreed in that document; this website does not establish a universal policy for them.

5. Website materials and intellectual property

Website text, branding, design and original materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the site and use its information to evaluate services, but may not commercially reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Client trademarks, storefront images and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. Project deliverable ownership is governed by the relevant service agreement.

6. Portfolio, results and reviews

Portfolio links and sales recordings provide context and are not a promise of equivalent results. Store performance depends on factors including the offer, traffic, budget, pricing, inventory, market conditions and execution. No particular sales, conversion rate, search ranking or advertising return is guaranteed by website content. Entries labeled as review placeholders are not testimonials, endorsements or verified client statements.

7. Third-party services and external links

Links may take you to independently operated stores, social platforms and other services. Their availability, content, policies and transactions are outside DelightTech Pro’s control. Shopify, advertising platforms, apps and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. A link does not transfer responsibility for the linked service to DelightTech Pro.

8. Information, availability and warranties

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. General guides are not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not override warranties or commitments expressly made in a separate agreement.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DelightTech Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general website information or independently operated linked services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory statutory rights. Any service-specific liability limits must be set out in the signed engagement agreement and reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains the website’s current information-handling setup and proposed practices pending approval. Third-party communication channels have their own privacy terms. For project or website questions, email delighttechpro@gmail.com.

11. Changes, disputes and general provisions

Approved revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes to a signed service engagement require the procedure set out in that agreement. Please first contact us to try to resolve a website-related concern. The governing law and dispute venue must be selected during legal review, without overriding mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law; failure to enforce a provision is not necessarily a waiver.

Before this draft is approved
